My name is Kate. I focus on the most common struggles related to stress, depression, self esteem or spirituality. My clients say my style is warm, enthusiastic and active.

We’re not just going to talk, we’ll also actively work on assignments, tactics and exercises. Every session ends with new insights and concrete tools to work on outside of therapy.
